Key Responsibilities: * Configure and implement Manhattan Active WMS to meet business requirements * Work closely with solution architects to design and implement functional configuration changes * Provide guidance to the testing team to ensure all necessary test scenarios are validated * Support engineers with build, configuration, and specifications * Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues * Develop and deploy stored procedures and triggers for business functionality * Manage project transitions, go-live, and maintenance activities within timeline and budget constraints * Act as a point of contact for client discussions on changes and new installations * Perform lead activities such as appraisal discussions for team members and act as a point of contact for system-related issues
