Job DescriptionThe Tire Research and Development department at our location in Hanover-Stöcken is responsible for the quality of our development processes.
In this exciting environment, we offer a mandatory internship starting in November 2025, with the option to follow up with a thesis project. For the best possible learning experience, the internship should be 6 months long. A combination of voluntary and mandatory internships is feasible, with the mandatory part lasting at least 12 weeks.
Tasks include:
Collaboration in the further development of quality-related trainings, including support in the implementationParticipation in the improvement of the product development process of tires based on analyses of the existing data, e.g. on the development results and market performanceSupport in the development of meaningful quality indicatorsCollaboration in the further development of Continental knowledge management (Yokoten)QualificationsStudents (m/f/diverse) in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics or comparable study programsSpecialization or strong focus in Data Science or Quality Management is preferredFirst experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BIBasic knowledge of database systemsConfident handling of MS Office-applicationsVery good language skills in German and English, both written and spokenCollaborative mindsetStrong communication skills Systematic and organized work stylePlease attach your current certificate of enrollment and also your current transcripts of records and an extract of certificate for a mandatory internship.
