We are looking for a motivated student to join our AI Lab and help make AI models more understandable and trustworthy by integrating interpretability methods into our machine learning framework.

You are part of an international team of data scientists and software developers with diverse backgrounds You support the development and integration of interpretability methods into our existing machine learning frameworks Furthermore, you conduct desktop research as well as contribute actively to our internal knowledge sharing Additionally, you assist with content development and communication  

This is how you'll win us over

You are currently enrolled in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field of study You have strong coding skills, particularly in Python, SQL, and Terraform You bring knowledge of machine learning, specifically on time series modeling You are interested in interpretability and explainable AI You have basic understanding of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Snowflake You are a self-motivated individual who learns quickly and takes initiative You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and result-driven approach You thrive in collaborative environments and maintain an open-minded attitude You possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
