Responsibilities

Direct and lead funeral home and cemetery operations Drive growth and profitability by ensuring the location attains case volume and revenue goals Lead and manage team employees through the embodiment of the company’s core values, mission and goals of the organization Event planning such as holiday events, state memorial days, and visits to community places (Churches, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, or Community Centers

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in the funeral and cemetery profession with an understanding of both sales and operations management Business acumen and problem-solving/analysis experience Leadership and management experience coaching, developing, and leading a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
