We are looking for a Managing Director / General Manager to manage the operational business of Endress+Hauser Liquid Analysis’ Associated Product Center in India. The Associated Product Center is fast growing and consists of five employees at the moment.
What is the role about?
The Managing Director/General Management is responsible for the operational business and profit & loss of the Associated Product Center India. In this role, the Managing Director / General Manager represents the company in all aspects in the region and builds the company’s image by collaborating with customers, governmental authorities, other Endress+Hauser entities and employees. The Managing Director / General Manager is a leader who embodies Endress+Hauser’s culture of customer centricity, integrity and innovation.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
Support the implementation of the vision and strategy of Endress+Hauser Liquid Analysis in the region reflecting the market and customer needs. Develop a local/regional strategy which is in line with the strategy of Endress+Hauser Liquid Analysis, Endress+Hauser Group and regional Sales Center strategy. The strategy is based on customer orientation and on sustainable plus profitable growth. Motivate our employees and teams to achieve the best possible results. Contribute to the global and regional success of Endress+Hauser Liquid Analysis by focusing on development and continuous improvement in the fields of procurement, production, quality management, customer service and market development in close cooperation with the global functions of the head quarter. Develop subsidiary objectives by establishing budgets, plans and result measurements, allocate resources, coordinate efforts and reviews progress in close cooperation with the head quarter. Report regularly business status and project progress to the head quarter.
What do we expect from you?
You:
Hold an academic degree in engineering, automatization or similar technical or scientific field. Have international working experience and/or working experience at an Indian subsidiary with international headquarter. Provide several years in a leadership or management role, evolving from production, logistics or engineering to full company’s planning, budget and P&L responsibility. Have in-depth technical know-how and additionally the ability to realize market and customer requirements. Possess a combined hands-on and entrepreneurial attitude. Ideally hold several years of experience in the field of process industry or even in the work environment of industrial process analysis. Are a native speaker with proficiency in English.
