The Global Credit Finance team oversees a portfolio of 10 different products with over $104B of notional commitments. Its 150+ member team operates in the US, EMEA and APAC with offices in Boston, Irvine, London, Munich, Gdansk, Luxembourg, and Bangalore.
Global Credit Finance’s mission is twofold: to attract and retain clients of State Street through the use of the firm’s balance sheet; and to add income and diversification to the company’s portfolio of on and off-balance sheet investments. Our products include Private Markets – Subscription Finance, Private Credit, Real Money Funds-Liquidity and Leverage, CLOs, Municipal Finance, Commercial Real Estate, Leveraged Loans, Corporates, and Stable Value Wrap.
Who we are looking for
Reporting to the co-heads of the division, this position will facilitate the division’s execution of high priority and critical initiatives to achieve annual business goals and drive organizational effectiveness. The Head of Business Enablement will lead key activities for the business including project management, data governance, budgeting, headcount prioritization, establishing OKRs, performance tracking, supporting execution of strategy, communications, marketing, employee engagement, resource management, client coordination, and general business oversight. The role also leads the Division’s Executive Management Group.

Salary Range:
$170,000 - $282,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
