Managing Director, NorthAm ISV Sales and Marketplace
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 15 years of technology related sales, business development, or channel sales experience at a B2B software company. + Experience building and developing a partnership strategy and organization, focused on ISVs and technology partners. + Experience with IaaS/PaaS/SaaS markets, B2B software ecosystem and lifecycle, and cloud-based technologies. + Experience in areas across Chip, DBs, Servers, Security, or Analytics. Preferred qualifications: + Experience driving positive change, constantly innovating to deliver value to partners and customers. + Expertise in multi-channel sales environments, serving as a credible leader internally and with external customer and partner relationships. + Ability to anticipate needs and ensure seamless experiences. + Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and share ideas. + Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and active listening skills. Reporting to the Vice President, NorthAm Partner Ecosystem and Channels for Google Cloud, you will lead and execute Google Cloudʼs ISV, technology partners, and marketplace strategy in the NorthAm region. You will be responsible for driving further engagement across Google Cloudʼs ISV and technology partners, while simultaneously accelerating the growth of the NorthAm region. You will be a builder of scale opportunity through the development and growth of partnerships with leading technology partners and ISVs in order to extend Google Cloud Platformʼs functional capabilities and provide customers with technology-driven transformation. In this role, you will serve as a technology and ISV partnerships advocate, focused on establishing a NorthAm GTM strategy and partner ecosystem. You will develop, oversee, and execute the technology partnerships and ISV overall strategy, and oversee the development of partner solutions on GCP via the partner engineering team. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $262,000-$365,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google (https://careers.google.com/benefits/) . + Lead the North America ISV Partnerships business to achieve business and growth, including "sell with" and "sell to" opportunities. + Develop and implement an outlook and roadmap for co-development and co-innovation with partners, showcasing market differentiation. + Identify, recruit, establish, develop, and support ISV and Technology partnerships to enhance business growth and technological development. + Influence the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Marketplace strategy and establish a partner ecosystem strategy in alignment with product and ecosystem leaders. + Build the North America organization to recruit, develop, co-develop, and support strategic technology partnerships, collaborating with sales and engineering teams.
