Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Business Development: Craft and implement aggressive sales strategies to pinpoint, engage, and secure new business opportunities.Business Development: Personally creating opportunities for qualified hospital and health system leadership who have the ability to positively influence, or make the decision to purchase GEHC Command Center programs.Strategic Influence: As requested, give input to help shape the business strategy.Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings. Interpret internal and external business dynamics, advocating best practices to refine products, processes, or services.Decision Making: Harness sophisticated judgment skills to navigate complex tasks or challenges in areas like operational management, product management, and consulting. Evaluate the quality and relevance of information, engage in critical questioning, and utilize a range of sources to arrive at well-informed decisions.Lead & Collaborate: Articulate complex concepts effectively and steer colleagues and potential clients to consider alternative perspectives.

Required Qualifications:

A Master’s degree from an accredited university with 8 years experience or Bachelors degree college with 10 years experience in Services & ConsultingDirect experience in hospital operations for at least a significant portion of their time with health systemsBasic Knowledge of health IT systems, EMR, etc.

Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.Strong connection to the healthcare community with contacts to other healthcare professionals across the United States

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $192,000.00-$288,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
