The Opportunity

As Managing Director, Asia, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling FNZ’s commercial success across a region that is as complex as it is full of opportunity. This is a senior leadership role that requires both a strategic mindset and operational rigour, combining enterprise-level long lead sales execution, strong market understanding, and the ability to lead through influence and vision.

What You Bring
A deep understanding of the platform service provider space, ideally with experience selling or scaling platform-led solutions within financial services, business advisory, consultancy or fintech industries.A naturally ambitious, driven and resilient mindset – someone who is energised by challenge.The ability to craft and deliver compelling stories that bring ideas to life, inspire clients, and win trust in the boardroom.Proven success in leading enterprise sales, building market share, and driving new growth in complex regional environments.Confidence in navigating C-suite conversations, closing transformational deals, and managing post-sale client journeys.Strong knowledge of Asian financial markets and the strategic nuances that come with it.
