The Role
As a Managing Consultant in our Digital Workplace practice, you will be at the forefront of delivering advanced Microsoft 365 capabilities to our clients. You will lead engagements that combine business analysis, solution design, and change enablement to accelerate adoption of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Agentic AI technologies.
You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation, design intelligent solutions, and guide clients through their transformation journey. This is a strategic, client-facing role that requires a blend of technical fluency, commercial acumen, and consultative leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Agentic AI and Copilot Studio Enablement
Lead the exploration and implementation of Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Help clients design and deploy intelligent agents that automate complex workflows, enhance decision-making, and deliver proactive business value.
Consultative Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor, aligning Microsoft 365 capabilities with clients’ strategic goals to drive business growth and transformation.
Modern Solution Design
Translate business needs into scalable, future-ready solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, and Graph API. Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
Process Innovation
Reimagine business processes using low-code/no-code tools, automation, and AI-driven capabilities such as Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
Data-Driven Decision Support
Leverage Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Dataverse to build intelligent, integrated reporting and analytics solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Technology Adoption & Change Enablement
Lead workshops, demos, and enablement sessions to drive awareness within the Kyndryl Sales community and client adoption of advanced Microsoft 365 features. Develop change strategies that support advanced go-to-market plays and sustainable client transformation.
Governance & Platform Maturity
Support the implementation of governance frameworks for Power Platform and Microsoft 365, including environment strategy, security, lifecycle management, and API integration.
Commercial Awareness & Growth Enablement
Identify opportunities to expand solution scope or introduce adjacent services. Collaborate with business development teams to shape proposals and support pre-sales activities.
