All About the Role

This role will focus on business development with existing clients and will hunt for new business - managing and converting a pipeline of opportunities into revenue streams across all verticals - such as Financial Institutions, Fintechs, Acquirers, Retailers, Consumer Goods, Public Sector and others – leveraging Mastercard’s suite of capabilities, with key focus on Security and Fraud Prevention Solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

•\tIdentify and develop new sales opportunities and communicate to executives to pursue
•\tBuild and maintain long-termrelationships with new and existing customers
•\tIdentify the most critical aspects of a client or market challenges and create clear problem statements to address
•\tAnalyze multiple aspects of clients’ organizational systems and culture that serves as input into the sales process
•\tConduct consultative selling approach, explain Mastercard Security Solutions value in the context of Clients unique business challenges
•\tWrite well-structured and persuasive proposals for Clients
•\tDrive Mastercard thought leadership in cybersecurity and payment security areas
•\t
•\tWork closely with Account Management, Marketing and Product teams with support of local leadership to drive the Mastercard agenda in the market
•\tPlay key role in capturing of knowledge and development of intellectual capital
•\tActively participate in recruiting, training and developing others


All About You:

•\tTop rated undergraduate degree required, graduate degree desired
•\tCybersecurity and fraud prevention solutions, professional services or consulting sales experience from a top-rated firm desired,
•\tPayments / banking expertise and experience helping financial institutions at the executive leadership level
•\tExperience working within the Polish payment and banking industry desired
•\tExperience in Sales, Technical pre-sales & Business Development or strong interest in moving into a Sales role
•\tWorking knowledge of fraud operations and metrics relevant to payments ecosystem
•\tWorking knowledge of the market, including competitors, substitutes, and complementary offerings, as well as demonstrated interest in current trends related to payment security, fraud and cyber threats,
•\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English, ability to communicate on executive level
•\tExcellent analytical skills
•\tAbility to work on a team
•\tIndependently drive initiatives and take responsibility
•\tStrong internal/external stakeholder management skills
•\tAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
•\tAdvanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Languages: Polish (native) and strong English skills required. Additional languages skills (German, French, Italian) desirable
