The SAP Delivery Executive (PMO) is directly accountable for successful execution and completion of an assigned portfolio of programs and projects. Successful is defined as meeting the timeline, client and Capgemini financial commitments, and stated client outcomes while achieving all quality requirements.
Your role:The SAP Delivery Executive may be assigned up to six (6) concurrent engagements and/or clients. The SAP Delivery Executive is responsible for working with/across other Capgemini Business Lines to assure a continued interaction and measurement standpoint. The Delivery Executive is expected to proactively coordinate and monitor performance of all aspects of the engagement, build and maintain solid client relationships and be the most senior SPOC for the engagements assigned.Establish and maintain direct and transparent relationships with appropriate senior level client contacts for each program and/or engagement assigned.Work consistently, expeditiously and proactively with appropriate client counterparts to understand and address identified issues and/or provide guidance on avoiding future issues that would impede the success of the client outcomes/results.Partner with Capgemini’s assigned Engagement Manager and other client facing leads to intimately understand and support the Critical Success Factors for each program and/or engagement assignment.Work with each Engagement Manager to understand deficiencies and/or issues with required assets and personnel required for the success of the engagement and take steps to remediate identified concerns.Vigilantly monitor and align scope to the agreed SOW; aggressively identify and process change orders for changes to contracted for scope and timelines.Create, nurture and empower a collaborative and tightly integrated program team comprised of client and Capgemini personnelEngage directly with client counterparts to create and maintain a productive and positive working relationship and cadenceProvide regular updates, to both client and Capgemini stakeholders, on the overall status of the program’s progress against and accuracy of the current timeline, milestone and deliverable achievements and impediments, budget versus actual, resource assignments and timing and, risks and issues with clear and concise mitigation plans/actions with a structured approach.Assure that Capgemini’s entire team engaged with and/or supporting the client, regardless of location or affiliation, is provided regular updates and statuses.Assure adherence to Capgemini’s prescribed methodologies, tools, templates, and technologies during the program to drive repeatability and predictability; deviation from Capgemini standards only at client’s demand.Drive standardize use of all tools and technologies through-out the program lifecycle.Provide continuous feedback to the appropriate Capgemini organizations on the use and potential improvements to be made to the methodologies, tools, templates, and technologies.Contribute to the creation of specific materials and content in response to client RFIs, RFPs and other inquiries as directed by Capgemini’s GTM function. ”Contribute” includes creating and providing specific materials on various subject matters, working with team members to draft and/or finalize portions of a response document, or be responsible/accountable for an entire response to be submitted to a client.Participate in client discussions, either face-to-face or remotely, to present to and interact with clients on the specific content of a submitted response or engage extemporaneously in client discussions to address points of inquiry that presents Capgemini as service provider capable and confident to address the client’s needs.Identify opportunities within current client environments and/or with other contacts and/or relationships.Your skills and experience: 20 years Professional experience15 years SAP experienceBachelors Degree / equivalentSAP Certifications preferredExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong Executive PresenceAction oriented/self-motivatedLife at CapgeminiCapgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
