Managing Applications Consultant - Functional Consultant -Oracle Core-HR

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM – Core HR Consultant to join our growing team. This role involves delivering functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management, with a strong focus on U.S. and Canadian payroll processes. You will be working in a client-facing capacity, contributing to implementation and support projects with up to 75% travel as required.

The ideal candidate brings 12–15 years of domain experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, strong knowledge of multi-country business processes, and hands-on exposure to production support and full lifecycle implementations. You should be comfortable leading configuration, testing, and rollout activities across complex environments.

Your Role

In this role, you will:

Lead and support requirements analysis, Oracle Cloud HCM configuration, and end-to-end testing

Provide hands-on support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases

Drive successful delivery of multi-country implementation projects, ensuring localized compliance

Support and enhance live Oracle HCM systems, including transaction console and issue resolution

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business process alignment and proper change management

Work on production support initiatives for ongoing optimization and incident resolution

Deliver expert guidance on U.S. and Canadian payroll processes, including year-end/start-of-year transitions
