Managing Adjudicator (MA) (5157)

Kiliuda, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Managing Adjudicator (MA) with a Top Secret Clearance to join our Team in Springfield, VA.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The MA must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

1. Five (5) years of demonstrated experience adjudicating suitability/fitness and security background investigations for Tiers 1-5/Low, Moderate, and High level investigations.

2. Three (3) years of demonstrated experience successfully managing people and persons operating under a contract.

3. Knowledgeable and experienced in writing, and demonstrated ability to guide personnel in composing, letters of adverse action in support of derogatory findings, to include LOI, NOT, NOPA, and NOD’s.

4. Successful completion of an accredited Advanced Suitability Adjudication Course (must provide certificate of completion).

5. Demonstrated ability, identification, and utilization of Security Case Management Systems.

6. Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite applications.

7. Experienced user of NP2 Secure Portal (NP2), Central Verification System (CVS/PIPS), National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) and the function required for the initiation and review of NBIS eApplication (eAPP), and experience in extracting data and information from Defense Information System for Security (DISS) Joint Verification System (JVS). 8. Demonstrated ability to effectively articulate and grammatically compose content using the English language.

9. The Contractor MA must be favorably adjudicated for a Top-Secret Clearance position and enrolled in a CE program to support this role.
