Manager Workplace Management

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

Responsible for maintaining and managing the services of workplace operations for Argentina Workplace Locations. The manager Workplace Management will lead the collaboration with client group, within country, identifying workplace requirements and the implementation of employee Experience initiatives. This role with set the highest standards for operation of Argentina facilities through collaboration with LAM and the broader Global, Americas Workplaces Team.

 

Key responsibilities:  

 

Project management (schedule, quality and cost control, representation of the owner, steering of external architects, specialist planners and other third parties). Design, planning, organization, tendering, placing and supervision of services and construction work, including scheduling, invoice control, documentation, defect tracking and warranty management. Manage and deliver consistent, first-class facility management service standard of the Argentina locations within the agreed budget, schedule and scope, focusing on experience, expectations and our customer´s (our departments and employees) requirements regarding the best work environment for adidas employees. Ensure effective operation and continuous development of building system procedures and programs including maintaining accuracy and support of the integrated management system (IMS) (Green company initiatives) Partnered with H&S lead for managing the H&S System of the country aligned with national legislation and global standards, leading and promoting the search for new opportunities to ensure the continuous improvement of the H&S management system in accordance with ISO 45001 certification. Ensure the planning, execution and control of compliance with environmental requirements, in accordance with applicable laws, global sustainability guidelines, and current certifications (ISO 14001-Enviorement, ISO 50001-Energy) Build relationships with key stakeholders and build network that integrates relevant departments within Workplaces and adidas to implement facility operations and project delivery support, as well as alignment with Portfolio strategy, D&D, WEX Deliver measures and structures for the consistent improvement of the "Employee Experience" through the effective management of all service providers and internal stakeholders within Argentina. Create and comply with regional performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) related to all facility and employee experience operations in partnership with LAM Director WP Management.

 

 

Requisite Education and Experience:

 

University degree in Engineering, Business administration

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar roles

2 years people management experience
