Inviting applications for the role of Manager -UX Design Engineer-Agentic AI

In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Responsibilities

Design, prototype, and document user interfaces using Figma to create intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Build and maintain component libraries and design systems in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability across multiple products and teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and researchers to translate business requirements and user needs into high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.

Optimize design workflows using Figma plugins, auto-layout, variants, and collaborative tools to increase design efficiency and maintain consistency.

Maintain secure and organized Figma projects using version control best practices, role-based permissions, and structured naming conventions.

Migrate legacy design assets and documentation into modern design systems within Figma, ensuring alignment with current brand and accessibility standards.

Implement and monitor usability best practices, performing regular design reviews and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Contribute to the design and review of technical handoffs, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and proper implementation of design specs via Figma-to-code integrations and developer annotations.

Support design deployment by partnering with development teams during implementation, addressing UI inconsistencies, and verifying design fidelity in staging/production environments.

Recommend scalable, inclusive, and user-centered design patterns and tools to enhance collaboration and reduce friction in the product design lifecycle.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in designing and delivering user-centered interfaces, design systems, and interactive prototypes using Figma across web and mobile platforms.

Strong experience in building scalable and reusable UI components and design libraries in Figma, ensuring brand consistency and accessibility compliance.

Experience with collaborative design workflows and developer handoffs using tools like Figma, Zeplin, Storybook, or similar platforms.

Solid understanding of interaction design, user flows, wireframes, and visual design principles.

Proven expertise in Figma features such as Auto Layout, Variants, Interactive Components, and Prototyping.

Advanced proficiency in creating pixel-perfect UI designs and translating them into engineering-ready specifications.

Hands-on experience conducting usability testing, design validation, and iterating based on feedback and analytics.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals is a strong plus, enabling better collaboration with engineering teams.

Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design, and mobile-first design principles.

Experience with design QA processes and tools to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to refine complex workflows into intuitive design solutions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business Information Systems (IS), Computer Science or related field, or equivalent-related work experience.

Past experience in working with diverse and senior stakeholders

Familiar with multiple data, technology and cloud platform vocabulary

Knowledge of Product and Platform Management process
