**DESCRIPTION**
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for retail and team development? Join our team as a **Unit Manager** and take charge of managing and developing a group of Retail Coverage Merchandisers and/or Store Reset Specialists and Coordinators. This role is pivotal in representing ACOSTA and our principals through retail store coverage, set coverage, or special projects, ensuring superior in-store results in assigned territories or stores.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ **Sales & Productivity:** Boost sales performance and retail team efficiency.
+ **Client Collaboration:** Partner with clients to meet in-store goals and support retail initiatives.
+ **Team Leadership:** Train, develop, and evaluate retail associates; manage recruiting and retention.
+ **Reporting & Analysis:** Use Acosta systems and data to guide decisions and improve in-store execution.
+ **Technology & Communication:** Leverage tools like MEI for planning, feedback, and performance tracking.
+ **Territory Oversight:** Ensure accurate territory data and support field execution.
+ **Compliance & Incident Management:** Maintain policy adherence and incident documentation.
+ **Work Balance:** Spend 3 days in the field and 2 days on admin tasks (subject to change).
+ **Travel:** Monthly overnight travel required; expenses reimbursed per company policy.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ **Education:** High School diploma or equivalent.
+ **Experience:** Prior food broker, retail, and set responsibility experience required.
