The Reporting and Planning Solutions Team with its Treasury System, Processes and Projects capabilities play a pivotal role in enabling Treasury operations and innovating Treasury processes, procedures, reporting, and methodologies by implementing and operationalizing Treasury tools and other advanced technologies. The individual in this position will contribute to our digital finance transformation and promote a modern Treasury mindset within the Corporate Finance & Controlling community.
We are actively seeking a technical, business process and project-oriented Treasury Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support processes, tasks and projects related to the different areas of Corporate Treasury Support the implementation of Treasury digitization initiatives Support small & medium sized projects and/or actively participate in projects; implement findings and ensure sustainability of achievements Drive design and implementation of bank fees analytics tool Design, develop and implement processes for regular bank fees analysis and monitoring, creation of respective reports Support the development and implementation of state-of-the-art analytic tools/ KPI’S Adaptation and improvement of day-to-day business processes and systems Support the development of the latest analytical tools, new processes, standards or operational plans Execution of monthly/quarterly and year-end tasks Provide expertise in systems and processes to the Business Partners. Act as backup on Treasury Systems Support Enable fact-based decision by creating transparency on forecastsKey Relationships:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Comprehensive Treasury and IT understanding of processes and structure Proven experience with processes development and designing, preferably with S4/HANA experience Experience with analytical projects, data analysis and representation Ability to apply continuous process improvement concepts and tools; experience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality, process review and compliance In depth understanding of treasury concepts, key banking products and respective fees Business mindset: strong numerical and analytical skills, pragmatic approach to complex situations Excellent analytical mindset, experience in managing large data quantities from multiple sources Ability to coordinate, drive and perform changes/ continuous improvements / upgrades / maintenance of treasury systems Proven experience in Project Management; Agile Project Coaching Skills, Confluence and Jira experiences are a plus Understanding of the complexity, interactions, and dependences within IT applications Treasury Systems knowledge in Quantum (TIS), 360T, Finastra, DTCC, Bloomberg is a plus Comfortable working independently, within a team and together with Global IT and external vendors Ability to operate cross-functional Stakeholders management and negotiations skills Good verbal and written communication, including presentation skillsRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Controlling or Information Technologies/Computer Science, or equivalent background in related fields Solid knowledge of SAP, comprehensive understanding of Treasury system landscape and strong Treasury systems experience Minimum of 3-8 years experience in Treasury / Accounting / Banking / IT / SAP - ideally SAP AFS, S4 & Quantum Comprehensive expertise for treasury relevant systems Proven experience of negotiations with system and service providers Multiple stakeholders management experience Business fluency in English (written and spoken) Relevant project management experience
