The Treasury Capital Analytics & Reporting team is part of the Treasury department. The team is responsible for both Capital Stress Testing (CST) and monthly business-as-usual (BAU) capital forecast reporting, as well as ensuring the submission of the annual CCAR FRY-14A form. The team is also responsible to build/maintain the Treasury ALM/Capital forecast data repository infrastructure, to develop end-to-end analytical/reporting platform and to implement/execute the forecast automation to support the capital forecast. This position will be primarily responsible to support BAU and CCAR filing production, develop/enhance automated comprehensive data quality checks, implement data standards, procedures, data governance oversight, and build the analytic solutions and develop reporting intelligence for the regulatory filing.

What you haveBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in finance and/or accountingUnderstanding of corporate finance theory, financial markets and financial statement analysisHigh proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Database and SQL skills with MS SQL Server and Google Cloud Data WarehouseExperience in Alteryx, Tableau, and Python is a plusQuick independent learner of technical solutions and conceptsExperience with Github and code repository management is a plusExperience in Asset Liability Management platform PolyPaths or QRM preferredExperience in Capital management is a plusStrong understanding and background of the FR Y-14A/M/Q CCAR reporting preferredExcellent quantitative and analytical skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail, Strong critical thinking ability and problem resolution skills Ability to prioritize work and successfully manage multiple competing deliverables under tight deadlinesProactive self-starter and team player who can work well in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
What you'll do:
This role provides a terrific opportunity for someone who has a strong business knowledge in the financial industry and technical aptitude in delivering solid solution for regulatory reporting, data analytics and process designs.
Prepare the data collection/mapping, data quality check/reconciliation and the final submission of the CCAR regulatory filing and supporting documentationEnsure the maintenance of the CCAR data definitions, authorized data sources and calculations, create data control and implement the data standards, procedures, data governance oversight in compliance with the enterprise data policy and the CCAR standardsDocument various governance roles and responsibilities and the detailed governance process to ensure critical data issues are communicated timely for remediationWork with the team to run capital forecast from end-to-end, partner with the business stakeholders to evaluate/understand the key forecast assumptions and the associated system/data dependencies and automate key data inputs/outputs in CST and BAU NIR and capital forecastCollaborate with various groups to analyze and report data from disparate systems including the ability to understand the system framework Collaborate with various groups to test vendor model changes or data process changes including regression testing and creating test scripts as neededBuild new data processes that are compliant with internal and external governance/controlsWorking knowledge of general ledger (GL), different data warehouses, ETL, SQL, data cleansing, and overall database architecture.Automate and streamline manual operation steps to improve data process efficiency by mapping end-to-end requirements and implementing a viable solution Perform other duties as assignedIn addition to the salary range, this position is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
