JOB SUMMARY:

The Technical Services Manager (TSM) will be responsible for conducting programs and projects involving formulations in order to develop the in-house knowledge of the technology and application as well as provide technical service to clients and prospects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and create new sensorial formulation, especially for make-up cosmetics; Reproduce existing formula of portfolio (creams, body lotions, soaps, lipsticks, foundations, etc) Assist Sales Staff to attend customer demands in terms of formulation (trends, aesthetics, new shades) Support trainings with customers, sales initiatives and expositions Support stability tests of formulation and generate data for technical documents Respond to client requirements, analyze opportunities and problems, and initiate/provide creative solutions Attend webinars and online trainings

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Ability to prioritize tasks based on customer needs and timing. Ability to work independently and also with a team Pro-active, problem solving attitude, focused on activities/ flawless execution. Analytical instrument knowledge; product, processing and testing knowledge, including the ability to understand and explain results Multi task ability

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering. Experience of 3 or more years in formulation development; English Fluency
