WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

University degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics or LawAt least 4 years of work experience within a Tax departmentPractical knowledge and understanding of VAT, WHT and excise taxes with connection to business transactionsExperience in team management, strong leadership skills with ability to keep people motivated and engagedExperience in dealing with various stakeholders, of various levels of seniorityAnalytical thinking, problem-solving skills, strong attention to detailExcellent English communication skills

 

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

Manage team of Tax specialists, motivate them and encourage their professional growthReview and approve tax reports for serviced legal entities, escalate non-compliant processes to Global PMI TAXProvide complete, accurate and timely tax advice to colleagues in the business and other GBS Streams, support affiliates in tax auditsMonitor tax legislation, interpret them, assess the impact and support the team with providing an update Initiate, participate, support and/or lead complex projects as a Tax SME or Project LeaderPrepare and/or update the standards/ policies/ RACI for tax processes
