Description

The Talent Acquisition (L4) Manager role involves managing a talent acquisition team, aligning strategies with organizational goals, and collaborating with HR and business leaders to meet talent needs. Decision-making is guided by established policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy: Contributes to final selection stages and advises on offer details. End-to-End Recruiting: Conducts market research, identifies trends, and implements career pathways to improve applicant flow. Compliance: Ensures adherence to legal requirements at federal, state, local, and international levels. Client/Business Support and Partnership: Provides guidance and tactical support to senior leadership, HR, and business stakeholders. Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Analyzes recruitment metrics and KPIs to enhance hiring outcomes.Qualifications

What you’ll need:

This role requires 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or Recruiting.

The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $129,924.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
