Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a MANAGER- SYSTEM TALENT DELIVERY to join our HUMAN RESOURCES team!The Manager - System Talent Delivery will lead and manage talent delivery operational processes which include the requisition process, posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, candidate selections, pre-hire preparation, and ensuring successful arrivals on first dates of employment for designates region/area. The manager utilizes data to evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies, improve processes and partners with customers/leaders to design and execute best practice recruiting strategies. This manager coaches and assists with direct reports as they work with leaders and members of the HR team to complete the talent delivery process.
HOURS: Full Time, 1.0 FTE or 80 hours every 2 weeks
Experience/Qualifications
Bachelors degree required or equivalent years of experience.Minimum of 5-7 years progressive Talent practice and Talent leadership experience preferred.Understands labor law and regulatory requirementsRequired - Talent Delivery, Business Development, Marketing, Critical Thinking, Collaboration and Leadership competence.
