Purpose of Job:
To ensure effective and timely delivery of services to customer pan India (mobility, Internal and HOMES customer)
Ensure delivering of service with standard MOP / SOP - error free provisioning
Ensure all process compliances w.r.t NOC service delivery .
Testing of new services with ITU-T norms before handing over to customers
Deliverables
1. B2C 90% SLA as per Media readiness for rollout ,BSC/Site re-homing ,Infra prov and upgrade
2. Work allocation & per day target closure"
3. First time right provisioning. Fault due to new configuration errors ( FONI) <1%.
4. Following of updated MOP / SOP
5. Adoption towards NSO service provisioning.
6. Inclination towards Ip skill .
7. Adherence to the work based current process
8. Work allocation & load sharing with cross domain & self

Working Experience:-
Minimum 10years Professional experience
Telecom domain.
Good Knowledge on IP MPLS/CEN & Tx domain (PTN & OTN) Concepts and troubleshooting. CCNA / CCNP certification.
Educational Level :-B.E in Electronics & Communication
