Data Analytics is responsible for applying business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant, and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives. Support Medical supply chain and logistics businesses by developing, managing, and maintaining data-driven tools and actionable insights.
The Supply Chain Analytics Manager is responsible for delivering data-driven insights and solutions that enhance the performance, efficiency, and responsiveness of the end-to-end supply chain. This role involves overseeing a team of analysts and collaborating closely with planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and IT teams to develop models, dashboards, and reporting tools that improve operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
The role will work across the supply chain with different levels of the organization, gathering data and analytics requirements, driving data acquisition, ingestion & curation to deliver trusted actionable results in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, with 1–3 years in a leadership or management role preferred.Strong understanding of supply chain functions: planning, sourcing, logistics, manufacturing, and distribution.Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience with data query, visualization, and analysisAbility to collect, synthesize, and interpret information from multiple sources as well as provide easy to understand recommendationsPrefer experience in Data Movement and Processing Technologies and Cloud Data Warehouse technologies including but not limited to experience with GCP, Big Query, Google Cloud Storage, Apache SparkStrong knowledge and experience with Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, SAP, GCP/Big Query, and Python/R is preferred.Ability to travel up to 10% of the time domesticallyWhat is expected of you and others at this level
