The manager of sterile processing plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and controls all the activities related to equipment/instrument decontamination, processing, sterilization, and quality control with a focus on management of regulatory requirements. Responsible for overseeing the sterile processing and high level disinfection practices across the ministry including, but not limited to, the main sterile processing department, the operating room sterile processing department, the GI lab, cardiology, radiology, Women's Health, emergency department, and inpatient units.

Required Qualifications:
Achieve Bachelor's degree within three years of hire
Upon hire: National Certified Ambulatory Surgery Sterile Processing Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution, or
Upon hire: National Certified Endoscope Reprocessor - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association, or
Upon hire: National Flexible Endoscope Reprocessors - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution, or
Upon hire: National Certified Healthcare Leader - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association, or
Upon hire: National Certified Instrument Specialist - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association, or
Upon hire: National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association, or
Upon hire: National Certified Surgical Instrument Specialist - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution, or
Upon hire: National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution, or
Upon hire: National Management in Sterile Processing - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution
Three years sterile processing experience.
2 years management or supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of accredited sterile processing or surgical technology program
