Description

Key Accountabilities

Techno functional (SAP) Support to Co. users in day to day operations

Coordinating with various support groups for any assistance with day-to-day activities Day to day support for the development, testing & production environment Support for Success factor implementation

SPOC from Co. for feature upgrades/ enhancements in SAP (PP/QM/MM/FI), Success factor and other Apps

Work with key stakeholders in gathering business requirements for new or modifications in existing process in SAP Perform gap analysis and define requirements to address the gaps Conducting system UATs

Responsible for proper GRC controls and SOD's in SAP

Documentation control for various audit compliance pertaining to ITGC Analyse the Operational, Strategic, Compliance and Financial Risk and implement the GRC controls Periodic review of Roles & authorizations with Functional/ Business Heads Maintain documents (hard or soft copy) of the logs for audit purpose. Complete audit trails for any security incidents

Administrating Sharepoint and develop reports through BI tools (SAP/ Power BI)

Providing advice and support in all types of business projects to ensure performance and consistency between various functions Conduct training sessions to increase awareness and usage of SAP and other applications

IT Infrastructure & Security service delivery

Ensure day-to-day operations of technology, mobile apps, analytics, infrastructure (including networks, security, servers, databases, etc). Supervise the activities of support engineers Performance Measures

Functional Competencies

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in SAP domain as a Techno functional role with hands-on exposure to SAP ECC/ HANA, BI Tools, Sharepoint, .Net, HTML, Qlik Sense 3-5 years in DevOps role in managerial capacity Must have worked in Manufacturing, added advantage if has exposure in Automobile industries
