We are looking for a new Manager Sports Marketing (m/f/d) to join the Global Sports Marketing Team.
\nThe position is limited for 2 years due to a parental leave replacement .
What you can expect:
\nFirst point of contact for athletes and their Management in a professional manner as well as for partners and agencies\nRunning successful global sponsorship activities for BOSS whilst understanding the key marketing performance metrics\nLeverage large-scale sports events in key markets as key cultural moments (Tier 2 + Social First) within the scope of the global marketing calendar\nStrategic integration of sponsorship into the product context incl. wardrobing of partner (Capsule & Merchandise Collections)\nTaking over ownership & end-to-end responsibility for the Brand Presence & Activation at the BOSS Open Tennis tournament in Stuttgart\nFull responsibility for the Brand Presence & Activation (e.g. DALLAS OPEN and LAVER CUP)\nClose alignment with BOSS Creative & Brand Management Team, as well as all GMBC teams\nPrepare communications, providing guidance and directing stakeholder's workload activities to ensure timescales and requirements are met\nSuccessfull management of projects from start to finish incl. effective problem-solving (solution-oriented)\nPlayers Dressing on and off court and support Partner- & Team- Wardrobing including fittings\nShowroom-Order, Order tracking & Logistic Management\nAnswering & evaluating sponsorship requests, process invoices and other administrative tasks\nPlanning, consolidating and controlling of budget on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis\nSetting, monitoring and reporting team & company goals\n
Your profile:
\nBachelor's or ideally master's degree in economics, international management, sponsorship or similar\n+3 years of experience in a sponsorship manger role (sports, entertainment, culture or similar) required\nResourceful team player with high energy and a passion for fashion, trends, sports, entertainment and marketing\nProven relationship building skills in order to build long-term, strategic partnerships - network in Tennis is a plus\nStrong in communication, confident in presentation and a youthful spirit\nExcellent planning and project management competencies; ability to handle multiple projects incl. hands-on mentality\nReliable and works well individually as well as in a team and someone who can use their own initiative\nHigh quality awareness and the ability to make decisions and ask questions based on data\n
