Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science 
Responsibilities• Hire, coach, and mentor individuals. Active participation to hire talented people• Own product delivery by cultivating quality and on-time delivery within the team  • Lead agile project activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure alignment on product deliverables  • Lead design/architecture and be a technical mentor  • Foster an ownership culture and work closely with end to end system test teams to ensure proper quality going into QA  • Tailor processes and best practices to be most effective for the team • Contribute to a fun, engaging, and collaborative workplace 
Qualification 
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Java / J2EE development is mandatory  • Minimum 6 years of experience in managing a team of over 5 Software Engineers (JAVA/J2EE and Cloud Tech Stack) in product development companies  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Excellent communication skills. Ability to simplify complex ideas into words both verbal and written • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals • Recent experience with modern cloud architecture/development is highly preferred • Recent experience in working with high tech start-ups is highly preferred  • Must have experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS  • Excellent troubleshooting skills  • Good knowledge of Linux environment with an exposure to at least one RDBMS and NoSQL database • Good to have wireless/mobile/embedded devices/IoT/product development experience  • Experience in working with modern development & integration tool suites is required  • Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a very innovative and fast paced environment Make your mark in our exciting world of Siemens • Experience in handling Engineering escalations from customers is preferred  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, excellent team building and leadership skills
