About the Role:

Checking front of the house as well back of the house daily basis.Checking caddies & trolleys.Checking duty roasters & absenteeism.Checking grooming of the staff.Checking for the pest control measures & follow-ups with the agency.Checking all the necessary PPEs of the staffs.To perform actions as per role defined in EPRP/Business continuity plan to respond to emergency situations.Maintaining whole of our landscaped area.Implementing check lists & follow-ups.Agency meetings & corrections.Follow up the SLA & KPI of the respective agencies.Follow-up training as per SOPs.Follow up cleaning standards as per SOP’s.Ensure PPM activitiesAny other task / responsibility assigned by the management from time to time

About You:

Intermediate to 7-10+ years of experience.Previous experience in a similar soft service Management roleExperience within the Property industry is advantageousStrong written and communication skills.High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
