BayCare is seeking a passionate Manager Sleep Disorders. We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic leader with a strong background in sleep disorders, particularly in multi-site operations and the development and expansion of Home Sleep Study programs.

Manager Sleep Disorder Responsibilities:

Day-to-day operations in specified sleep disorders service areasPlanning and development initiatives relating to those areasStaffing, fiscal management, quality improvement, interaction with physicians and appropriate departments and units

Education:

Required Associates in a related fieldRequired Technical PolysomnographyPreferred Bachelors in a related field

Credentials:

Required BLS (Basic Life Support)Required RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist)Preferred CCSH (Certification in Clinical Sleep Health)

Required Experience:

5 years Clinical Related experience5 years in a Supervisory Role

Preferred skills:

Use of Cadwell Sleep equipmentUse of software programs such as Cerner, Somonoware, and EnsodataLean/Six Sigma project managementStrong presentation and public speaking skills
