The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids’ clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces. **About the Job** An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Manager - Sinbad's Kids Club** to join **Jumeirah Dar Al Qasr** . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: + Oversee the daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children + Lead, train, and support a team of childcare professionals + Develop and implement fun, age-appropriate activities and programs + Plan and execute creative children’s events, including large-scale celebrations for up to 200–250 children + Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding standards + Maintain strong communication with parents, guardians, and hotel leadership **About You** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, Hospitality, or a related field + Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare environment and creating structured children’s programs + Proven experience managing a multinational team and creating structured children’s programs + Strong experience in organizing engaging, large-scale kids' events (200–250 children) + Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills **About the Benefits** At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
