The PositionPrimary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)Comply with local legal regulations and with Roche global requirement, includes not limited to firefighting, emergency response, ISO, BCM etc.Manage the site firefighting safety; provide the fire management service to SRPL, to solve all kinds of fire issues.Manage and handle all kinds of emergency case, provide emergency response service.Maintain ISO14001:2015 & ISO45001:2018 certificate in SRPLManage the SHE in Commercial functionSupport the project in SHE mattersPrinciple Roles & Responsibilities / AccountabilitiesContinuously improve performance on firefighting, emergency response, ISO management system and BCM, etc.Comply with local legal regulations and Roche global requirements on firefighting, emergency response, ISO management system and BCM, etc.Conduct Fire, emergency response, ISO management system and BCM training for employees.Develop and maintain the system and documentation for receiving, documenting and responding to firefighting, emergency response, ISO management and BCMEnsure that a risk analysis process is implemented, documented and improvedIntegrate firefighting emergency response, ISO management and BCM requirements in projects and ensuring their implementation.FirefightingAct as first contact person of Fire Bureau, establish good relationships, receive the inspection from authority and follow up the CAPA.Clearly define responsibilities and authorities of the involved functions. Conduct periodic firefighting inspections and influence the performance improvement of maintenance vendors.Establish and maintain the local emergency management (LEM) system.Ensure an appropriate alarm organization in line with local needs and an appropriate around-the-clock emergency response. Establish and improve emergency plans includes all SHE related scenarios and organized regular drills.Provide and organize an emergency response service consisting of an internal emergency management staff and the appropriate internal and/or external operational elements for optimum response, according to local requirements. Make sure that the communication tools are working also in case of a disaster (power outage, fire, earthquake, break-down of computer systems, etc.) Guarantee that the emergency response service is well prepared through regular training and drills and through acquisition and maintenance of the necessary technical equipment. Conduct offsite event risk review and provide safety and emergency response suggestions.ISO Management System/ISO体系Maintain ISO14001:2015 & ISO45001:2018 certification by establishing management planInfluence and engage board participant in ISO management system workEnsure all ISO management system work implemented with high quality and efficiencyLead ISO related work includes not limited to internal audit, management review, external audit, CAPA follow up, etc.Continuously improve (e.g. simplification) ISO related documentation  ​Commercial SHEResponsible for all routine SHE activities in CommercialSupport Commercial to comply with local regulation and Roche global requirement.Promote the SHE cultureSet targets and continuously improve the performance​Project SHEAs the representative of SHE, provide the user requirement to project.Closely Collaborate with project team to ensure implementation and improvement of SHE requirement.Track the changes and evaluate the SHE impacts.Track the SHE permits acceptance and licenses acquired timely.Education/QualificationsBachelor above Major in safety, environment, chemical or engineering or other SHE relatedISO14001:2015 & ISO45001:2018 internal auditor certificateISO14001:2015和ISO45001:2018内审员证书Leadership CompetenciesAbility to make short-term and long-term objectives and strategies Strong implementation and result delivery capabilityStrong cross-functional communication, influencing and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholdersStrong self-driven and self-learning capability Strong system thinking and balance skillsStrive for excellenceAdapt to change and agilityJob Required CompetenciesProfessional working experience in SHE over 5 yearsStrong English in listening, speaking, reading and writingGood computer skillMNC Pharma industry working experience is preferredWorking experience on wide SHE aspects (safety, security, health, environment, etc.) is preferred
