Our Team provides managed services, proactive and reactive support to our global customers. We utilize tools, process and knowledge to integrate and maintain Akamai solutions for our clients. We collaborate to solve problems and provide creative solutions, work continuously for improvement.
**Collaborate to deliver the best customer experience**
As a Service Line Manager, you will lead a services team comprised of individual contributors. You will be responsible for maximizing value, retention and growth throughout the customer lifecycle. Being an industry expert, you will find joy in building the team to deliver innovative outcomes for customers through relationships, business acumen, and operational focus.
As a Service Line Manager, you will be responsible for:
+ Driving Customer Satisfaction Deliver outstanding service and actively enhance client experiences.
+ Planning & Execute Strategy Create annual business plans and quarterly goals to meet revenue targets
+ Leading Service Delivery Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality technical implementation.
+ Collaborating with Sales Work closely with Sales counterparts to maintain and grow key accounts.
+ Managing Services Revenue Oversee integration, support packages, and custom services revenue with recognition knowledge.
+ Ensuring Operational Consistency Enforce global standards and metrics to scale our service operations.
+ Overseeing Resources & Budget Align staffing, P&L, hiring, performance, and compensation strategies.
+ Communicating & Develop Team Mentor consultants, update leadership, and foster open, transparent communication.

+ Demonstrate experience supporting clients & creating service/support strategies
+ Show substantial team lead/team management experience
+ Have experience managing revenues or forecasting
+ Show evidence of operations and team organization skills, managing and ensuring best practices in cross-functional global teams
+ Display outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration, influencing, change management ownership and managing ambiguity
