Job Description:

The Senior Manager of Technology Delivery will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that drive Sun Life's business objectives. This role demands a strategic visionary with a robust background in project management, application development, and digital transformation, coupled with a deep understanding of the insurance industry landscape.

 QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT sector, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital solutions and managing large-scale projects, particularly in cloud migration and digital transformation.Comprehensive knowledge of digital technologies and trends relevant to the insurance sector, with a focus on emerging technologies.Demonstrated expertise in API design and development, with a deep understanding of best practices for system integration.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization.Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and their practical application in large-scale projects.Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
