Serves as critical leader/member of the Sector Security Operations team, focused on driving standardization, integration, and efficiencies Sector Wide. Areas of focus include compliance with Industrial Security requirements, data management strategy, tools and systems development, Security Education, junior workforce (i.e. Interns) recruitment and development, and security community engagement.
Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment for the organization. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations at various locations and across various programs throughout the United States. Collaborates with site security, customers and government agencies to obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials for various facilities and programs across the organization. Conducts security education classes, security professional training and resources along with conducting government and company security compliance audits. Investigates security violations assisting site security with government reporting requirements and preparing reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance with ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret.Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of Industrial Security experience or Master’s Degree and 6+ years of Industrial Security experience or High School Diploma and 12+ years of experience managing Industrial Security teams and systems.Minimum of 5 years of management, supervisor, or other demonstrated leadership experience.Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects within critical deadlines.Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.Ability to travel CONUS up to 20%.Preferred Qualifications:
