Collaborate with client and internal teams to define data migration standards, requirements, and blueprints for SAP S/4 HANA implementations. Lead or support the full data migration lifecycle for SAP projects, including scoping, data extraction, transformation, mapping, and loading of master and transactional data from diverse source systems Gather and translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive data migration designs and specifications. Oversee and execute data migration development, testing, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure data quality and a successful go live. Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery Mentor junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and adoption of best practices  Support business development and practice growth by contributing to SAP technology pursuits, proposal development, and thought leadership initiatives.

Required Qualifications 

8+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry Experience participating in all phases of at least 4 full end-to-end SAP implementations of data migration projects 4+ years' experience as a Data Lead - managing a team to deliver data migration solutions Experience working with at least 2 of the following SAP data migration tools - BODS, Syniti, MDG, Data Services, Information Steward, Migration Cockpit Completed Material, Customer, and Vendor Master Data conversions on at least 2 SAP projects, with experience in ETL-based data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities documented in project roles. ABAP Development Programming Skills Experience with a minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementations Bachelor's degree or associate degree plus equivalent work experience Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree Experience migrating SAP ECC to S/4 Hana Previous experience working directly for a “Big 4” consulting firm Signavio experience At least 1 current SAP certification

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 - $241,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
