The Manager- Sales Training & Enablement will identify and monitor training needs in the organization, and design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs. **Duties/Responsibilities:** + Creates Sales Force Training Strategy and 3-5 yr road Map + Ensure an optimum balance of Training delivery OnJob, virtual, Face to Face ; Induction & Development;Product, skills, digital Tools + Maintains Training Calendar in discussion with Stake Holders + Ensures participation of appropriate internal/external faculty as per the Program and Strategy + Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions along with Competent Faculties , Team Supervisors & HR + Must Have - Conducts Training on Digital Tools/App use with help from Digital Team on User Manuals + Evaluates the Returns on Training by need based methods and have benchmarks + Reviews existing training programs suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry – Training Needs + Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective. + Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry. + Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve. + Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs. + Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget. + Prepares and implements training budget. + Performs other related duties as assigned. + Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. + Ready Travel to Regions to conduct /States within India to conduct Trainings depending upon Travel situations/Pandemic Scenarios + Database Management with help of support staff **Required Skills/Abilities:** + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability. + Thorough understanding of training processes, module design, evaluation method, training strategy & Planning + Ability to moderate large groups. + Extremely organized and detail oriented. + Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software. + Proficiency in handling Digital tools (Must have) **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Ag/Marketing or related area required. + At least 5-7 years of experience in training at All India level in FMCG/Pharma/Agri Industry Corteva Agriscience™ is an equal opportunity employer.
