The Manager- Sales Training & Enablement will identify and monitor training needs in the organization, and design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Creates Sales Force Training Strategy and 3-5 yr road Map
Ensure an optimum balance of Training delivery On Job, virtual, Face to Face ; Induction & Development; Product, skills, digital Tools
Maintains Training Calendar in discussion with Stake Holders
Ensures participation of appropriate internal/external faculty as per the Program and Strategy
Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions along with Competent Faculties , Team Supervisors & HR
Must Have - Conducts Training on Digital Tools/App use with help from Digital Team on User Manuals
Evaluates the Returns on Training by need based methods and have benchmarks
Reviews existing training programs suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry – Training Needs
Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs.
Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
Prepares and implements training budget.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Ready Travel to Regions to conduct /States within India to conduct Trainings depending upon Travel situations/Pandemic Scenarios
Database Management with help of support staff
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
Thorough understanding of training processes, module design, evaluation method, training strategy & Planning
Ability to moderate large groups.
Extremely organized and detail oriented.
Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
Proficiency in handling Digital tools (Must have)
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Ag/Marketing or related area required.
At least 5-7 years of experience in training at All India level in FMCG/Pharma/Agri Industry
