Work with Account Managers to maintain strong client relationships and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities Establish and expand relationships within each customer to drive revenue growth. Sustain and renew client contracts, systematically pursuing customer opportunities. Provide sales quotations and manage day-to-day customer and partner requests. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of leading industry trends through ongoing training with software publishers. Act as a key resource for leading industry volume license offerings. Collaborate with assigned Business Development Managers (BDMs) to build and manage opportunities, improving overall territory account plans. Demonstrate the ability to close sales and overcome customer objections. Ensure all activities align with customer service level agreements (SLAs). What we need to see from you Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or consulting within the software and cloud computing industry. Demonstrates strong technical competence and a proven understanding of software and cloud computing technologies. Knowledge of operational policies and procedures, customer service techniques, and long-term business relationship management. Ability to analyze data and customer business processes, articulate the business value of complex solutions, and develop recommendations for improvement. Proven leadership skills with the ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams. Proactive and customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for problem-solving and multitasking.
