Corporate relocation may be available based on relocation program guidelines. **Job Summary** This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and communication of electric sales and revenue forecasts for Dominion Energy Virginia (“DEV”). This function is critical in support of regulatory proceedings, financial planning, and long-term strategic planning. Responsibilities include: + Lead and mentor the team of analysts who support this function + Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement + Develop and maintain sales and revenue models for use in short-term and long-term electric sales and revenue forecasting + Monitor and report on actual revenues by providing variance analysis, explanations, and recommendations + Coordinate with other Dominion Energy teams to understand sales drivers and prepare accurate forecasts + Monitor local, state, and national economic trends in relation to DEV electric sales and revenues + Prepare data analytics to analyze historical trends and provide business insights + Leverage big data platforms to advance forecasting methodologies, explain existing and developing usage trends, and provide variance explanation + Work closely with other fundamental analysts within Load Research, Load Forecasting and Energy Market Analysis to integrate key assumptions and best practices **Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience** 8-10+ years of related experience including forecasting, utility finance preferred or a related field. Note: A Master's degree will count as one year towards the experience requirement. **Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:** + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Advanced excel and data analysis skills; proficiency in forecasting tools and statistical software preferred. + Strong presentation and communication skills including the ability to translate/explain complex analytics into simplistic answers and clear solutions. + Ability to process and analyze large volumes of data efficiently. + Strong knowledge of energy market operating fundamentals with a strong emphasis in electric power. + Strong knowledge of energy trading or transactional contractual products. **Education Requirements** Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor or Master Demonstrated related experience may be substituted for preferred education.
