ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

Univision is seeking a Manager to Manage the Single Market / Multi Market Sales and Research team. Analyze, develop, maintain and support business applications for the Single Market / Multi Market Sales and Research Departments.

All other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 

YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)

Analyze Business requirements and develop applications (Sales, Posting/Pulsing, Research, Ad Hoc reporting)Support user issues/questions for the following applications: Strata REpXpress, Strata AEXpress, Strata Station Portal, Strata Multi Market Posting, Strata ePort, Prisma, Matrix, DarwinPerform upgrades of new software releases and maintain servers. (Production, QA,  DR)Work with business and vendors on new business requirements/enhancements for 3rd party software (Strata, Matrix)Develop, Maintain and manage Integrations between Traffic systems, Strata and MatrixDirect Manager to – AMS Applications AnalystXxxxxApplication Security issuesAdd/Modify/Delete User AccountsIdentify Break/Fix IssuesApplication Usage questionsTest Bug FixesTest New ReleasesManage/Maintain Servers (upgrades, installations, etc)Analysis & Design of small-scale Apps/ScriptsDevelopment/Maintenance of small-scale Apps/ScriptsRoutine Data MaintenanceWork with Engineering to set up new environmentsRegulate Vendor access to Univision serversGather Business requirements from usersAnalyze Business requirementsNew Software EvaluationWork with Product Owners on new business requirements/enhancementsWork with Vendors on new business requirements/enhancementsWork with Development Analysts on new business requirements/enhancementsWork with Support Analysts on Bug Fix/New Release RequirementsWork with Engineering and Support Analysts to set up new environmentsWork with DBA Group to setup/Maintain/Upgrade data structuresProject Planning/CoordinatingWork with Product Owners on Bug Fix/New ReleasesMaintain Audit Data and ApprovalsCoordinate User Testing/Analyst Testing for New Releases and Bug FixesSystem Test New Releases and Bug FixesOversee/coordinate Software Upgrades for New Releases and Bug FixesRun Maintenance ReportsMaintain Analysis DataUser/ETS Group Notification of Upgrades/FixesFollow all SDLC practices

Decision Making responsibility:

Responsible for decisions for team personne; and Work assignments for teamData source for projectsSpecific upgrades/enhancement decisions regarding vendorsSpecific upgrades/enhancements to System Integration Scripts

YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in xxxxxx+ yrs. In xxxxKnowledge of Sales / Research Systems for Univision,Visual Basic, MS Office, MS Access, SQL; MS SQL Server, VBScript, DOS, PowerShellOther skills?Problem solving and priority settingStrong verbal and analytical skills required with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization effectivelyStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with team
