Manager Regulatory Reporting
**Role Overview;** ; Under the general supervision of the Director of Regulatory Reporting, the Manager of Regulatory Reporting is responsible for monitoring contractual requirements and the timely and accurate submission of state reporting requirements, requests for data, and required feedback. ; **Work Arrangement** ; ·;;;;;;;; **Remote** = Associate can work remotely anywhere in the United States; ; **Responsibilities** ; + Develops and maintains a strong knowledge of all data sources available for reporting. + Develops relationships with Market Associates, Business Owners, and other Key stakeholders responsible for requirements. + The manager is responsible for reviewing and approving required reports in conjunction with their assigned business specialist. + Oversees the development of new and modified reporting requirements. + Participates in state audits and RFP requests for information. + Required to work outside of core hours to ensure adherence to all state submission guidelines and due dates as needed. ; **Education/ Experience** + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. + 2 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred. + 8 years of Data Analysis, Reporting, Claims, Managed Care, or Healthcare environment preferred. + Healthcare Analytics experience required. + Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and Relational Database Design. + Basic knowledge of SQL or VBA programming is a plus. + Ability to appropriately extract and manipulate data from a variety of sources and databases. ; **Skills & Abilities** ; + Thorough understanding of business computer programs, applications, and systems, database structures, and data files required. + Ability to train staff in all aspects of Regulatory Reporting and to provide continued updates as policies and procedures change. + Complete understanding of the reporting or data analysis process. + Strong communication (both written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Strong understanding of claims processing, clinical coding, and basic business practices. + Demonstrates excellent management, motivational, and team-building skills ; Your career starts now.
