Responsibilities

We are looking for a Regional Manufacturing Manager (Allied) to join our team! In this role, you will lead manufacturing operations, logistics, and inventory across a designated region, ensuring safety, quality, service, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities

Lead regional manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiencyDrive Lean transformation and continuous improvement through the Green Line Operating SystemEnsure high levels of customer service, delivery performance, and inventory accuracyDevelop and execute strategic talent plans and succession strategiesBuild and manage annual budgets aligned with strategic goalsFoster a culture of employee engagement and professional developmentCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Corporate teamsCommunicate regional performance and initiatives to executive leadershipOversee logistics, fleet operations, and warehouse efficiencyTravel up to 50% required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing3–5 years of experience in a continuous improvement/Lean environmentExperience managing multi-site operations and leading leadersBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredSix Sigma or Black Belt certification a plus

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team development skillsProven ability to lead Lean transformations and drive changeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBusiness acumen with a focus on operational efficiency and profitabilityKnowledge of inventory, warehouse, and fleet managementProficiency in Lean tools (e.g., daily management, kaizen, standard work)
