<Job Description>
Manufacturing Tax Manager Determine and minimize the company's worldwide tax liability with the highest integrity while complying with worldwide tax laws. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Focused on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline. There may be some latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations.
<Responsibilities>
• Preparation, analysis and review of tax return on a monthly /bi-monthly/ quarterly basis • Provide Intrastat (if required preparing additional country specify reports) • Ensure to be compliant with country specific rules and obligations, meet the deadlines for all reports • Carry out tax clearing postings; tax liquidation process • Perform quarterly detailed account reconciliations Intrastat / tax reports reconciliations • Follow up erroneous account receivable/ payable entries • Interact with Business Tax Managers and Country Controllership Leaders • Cooperate with other functions and provide support by answering tax related queries Required
<Minimum Qualifications>
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/FinanceBusiness Administration Graduate or similar • Advanced excel • Advanced English Desired Characteristics • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
<Preferred Qualifications>
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance related field • Written and verbal fluency in English • Understanding of tax obligations and regulations • Accounting knowledge • Strong analytical skills • Intermediate to advance excel knowledge • Good communication and influencing skills; easily adapt to changes Desired Characteristics • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Working experience on local and / or international tax regulations Determine and minimize the company's worldwide tax liability with the highest integrity while complying with worldwide tax laws. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market Responsibilities • Accounts reconciliations of Tax HQ • Helping with tax closing of HQ • Calculation of Interest and FIN48 • Other activities and run process with Microsoft Windows • Ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems. Ability to prioritize information for data analysis. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.
