Drive Quality culture inside production units & Identify and ensure mitigation of Quality risks Develop Production unit Quality team (capabilities and capacity) Lead Production unit deployment of plant Quality strategy Own or support Continuous Improvement Plan inside production units Ensure Read Across, best practices sharing among production units Verify Quick Response and effective problem solving in case of claims, lead Customer communication Coordinate customer 0km complaints -8D

Good knowledge with statistic process and tools Broad Quality automotive background and experience Be able to drive strong customer focus and build customer relationships Strong problem solving and continuous improvement skills Excellent analytical and decision-making skills & Product and production knowledge Cross-functional collaboration mindset& Strong communication skills Ability to drive sense of urgency and influence across the organization
