Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manager – Quality located in Sriperumbudur

What a typical day looks like:

To monitor the Manufacturing Process Quality performance for all products.Drive processes towards achieving the targeted yield performance, working with teamMonitoring, Process and Product quality audits and drive closure properlyEstablish processes in line with the customer requirement (NPI to Mass Production) and constantly improving resultsSingle Point of Contact for all customer related queries on quality aspectsRegular interactions and reviews with customer on metrics and driving actions towards the resultsResponsible for product reliability testing and resultsResponsible for Product Safety Certifications.Should have knowledge on quality tools.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Typically requires a minimum of 10+ years’ experience developing, implementing, and maintaining quality function and related areaCandidates from EMS industry and SMT background are preferredExcellent team player able to work with other functions to bring resultsStrong Decision-making skills and Team handling
