We are looking for Manager Property Insurance Lines .The position is located in the Global Insurance function, part of the Global Finance Function.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Supports the Senior Director Property Insurance Lines in the day-to-day handling of the groups Property Damage & Business Interruption, Machinery Breakdown, Construction/ Erection All Risk and Marine / Cargo Insurance program including risk engineering activities and claims management.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Takes responsibility for the Collection of risk information for the respective insurance lines incl. risk engineering and claimsGlobal Insurance program administration, including policy issuance tracking and delivery, territorial analysis / premium allocations & remittances / query resolutionProvide global subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholdersPromote and drive compliance with the global end-to-end process with internal and external stakeholdersData input and coordination of global knowledge, workflow, network communication & program administration toolsFirst contact for the colleagues in foreign countries, Troubleshooting

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (preferred) in general business administration, and experience in handling global insurance programs for global organizations.

 EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

3+ years of professional experience within Property or Engineering insurancesSound technical knowledge of global insurance programsStrong communications and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively under tight deadlines and to handle multiple prioritiesGreat teammate in the framework of a small team as well as in an international, multi-cultural and cross-functional contextWorking knowledge of Excel, Word and Power PointFluent in German and English
