Development of Project-Specific Safety Plans:
Create and implement detailed safety plans tailored to individual projects across the function.
Ensure all project safety plans align with national and international safety regulations, and airport-specific safety requirements.
Risk Identification and Mitigation:
Conduct thorough risk assessments for all ongoing construction activities to identify potential hazards.
Collaborate with the construction team to implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize risks during project execution.
Site Safety Audits and Compliance Monitoring:
Perform regular safety audits on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices.
Document any safety violations and work closely with site teams to ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.
Incident Response and Corrective Action Management:
Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, or near-miss situations, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
Implement corrective actions based on findings and track their effectiveness in preventing future occurrences.
Training and Capacity Building for Safety Compliance:
Organize regular safety training programs for construction workers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Promote a safety-conscious culture by continuously educating teams on updated safety procedures and emergency responses.
Safety Data Reporting and Continuous Improvement:
Develop and monitor safety performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of safety programs.
Provide regular safety performance reports to senior management and recommend improvements to enhance project safety.

Work Experience:
12+ years of experience in construction safety management, particularly in large-scale infrastructure or aviation-related projects.
Proven experience in leading site safety audits, risk assessments, and implementing safety improvement initiatives.
