Start dates are determined after funding confirmation.** Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a **Manager, Project Management 2 (Infrastructure Management)** to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals driving high quality program execution through their direct support and performance as a member of the Program Operations team. This role is located in **Melbourne, FL** . **Due to the nature of the role, an on-site presence is required and cannot be performed remotely.** The position will follow our 9/80 schedule which allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. The successful candidate is expected to be a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of construction processes including design for ICD705 requirements, budgeting, and scheduling. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget—while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. **Key roles and responsibilities:** + Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation + Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders + Lead cross-functional team including security, engineering, and manufacturing teams + Facilitate communication and coordination among program participants + Collect and define program requirements to provide comprehensive requirements to the architecture firm + Create and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like MS Project + Track progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines + Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards + Conduct regular site review to verify requirements are being met as designed and expected + Provide regular updates to senior management, and other stakeholders + Identify risks, issues, and opportunities promptly to maintain project momentum + Ensure quick response to Requests for Information (RFI) from the construction and the design team + Attend owner’s meetings with the contractor and facilities as necessary Our Leaders at Northrop Grumman live our values daily and encourage our teams to do the same. **_We do the right thing_** : upholding the highest ethical standards and facilitating a safe and respectful environment that attracts, retains, and inspires a diverse and engaged team. **_We do what we promise_** : holding yourself and others accountable to meet predictable and balanced results. **_We commit to shared success_** : operating as OneNG and removing barriers for our teams. Finally, **_We pioneer_** : setting a vision that shapes the future and inspires others. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years, or master’s and 6 years’ experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers and/or project management in other industries + 3 years of experience in a Program Management or Program Integration role including planning, executing, and overseeing projects + Experience overseeing and guiding projects from inception to completion + Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, fostering collaboration and achieving organizational objectives + Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, materials, manufacturing and engineering test processes, and relevant government regulations + Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company **Preferred Qualifications:** + Active Special Access Program (SAP) **Competencies for Success:** + Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying root causes and developing innovative solutions + Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise interaction with diverse audiences + Adept at multitasking and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient task completion and adherence to deadlines + Highly detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to quality and safety standards \#AS-FA3 Primary Level Salary Range: $111,700.00 - $167,500.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
